Sounds like I’m standing next to the power station then times my ears will close up then few minutes later open back up tonight my right ear feeling different sounds like a little high pitch noise esp if I stick my finger in my ear JUST WEIRD AND SO AGGRAVATING NEVER NO PEACE UNLESS U DO MANAGE TO GO TO SLEEP

I already had heart tests like blood work and ecgs all fine no heart issues what are the less serious reasons for pulsatile tinnitus ?

It sounds like you've ruled out underlying causes. Someone pulsatile tinnitus occurs with no serious underlying condition. It could be related to the closeness of your arteries and your auditory nerve.

@@treblehealth ah I see thanks for the response I feel better about it now I’ve got a checkup next year about it was ruled non serious by my doctor so I’m currently just waiting until then
