In CABG when reroute blood around plaques, theres are no possibility to rupture these plaques and clog the new artiria ?

i thnk its kind of like how anerusyms are treated, its like slitting it and i cant really know how to explain i dunno soz look it up im sure there is a live surgery on utube lol
