🟢 The heart Chakra also known as Anahata is the 4th of the energetic body.
🟢 When we are blocked in the heart, we may over-protect and shield it. As a result, we don’t allow anyone to connect with us on a deeper level.
🟢 When this chakra is balanced we hold deep emotional strength and we can share it with others. It’s all about giving and receiving.
