Well…I’ve been following you on YT for a while and must say this by far the most important video you made. The words of wisdom at the end should be heard by every newbie cyclist and wanna be pros. Respect others on what ever bike they have, smile, encourage, etc. Top notch coach 👍👏.

This video blew me away. I don't believe in miracles, but it's a miracle that most of them are good climbers. The only explanation is "less gravity"

Hi! I have a high heart rate when I ride and its usually around zone 4 or 5. What can I do to prevent going into these zones even in moderate effort. I usually climb but it seems maintaining a low heart rate is hard for me. Hoping for your reply.

Awesome, so going to a lower gear actually lower the heart rate? I got to try this, I always thought spinning is easier but it does hit the cardio ability. How do I join you guys

XS or 47-49cm would be standard. But some companies make XXS or around 44, with 500mm top tube, which would be one size smaller and probably recommend by Cruz. I prefer standard sizing and rotating pelvis to ride with a straight back and open chest.
