I make dumplings like this alot and I make this today too with ramen and egg it's so easy to make and turn out to be so good I am 12 years old and I love to cook so irs so easy but I put them in to microwave instead of boiling or steaming them but yeah don't forgot to grease the plate with oil before putting dumplins 😊

I made dumplings the other day and I put all the wrappers on one big plate thinking there was enough flower between them, BIG MISTAKE they al stuck together and we had to remake half of them, so be smarter then me people😂

They're very good. I use 11-12 grams per little ball. Excellent recipe. *WARNING* do NOT put them close together in a container, even with starch they will stick together. Keep completely separate on your dish !!

Yes you can. This is how usually made dumpling wraps. But I use hot water instead. It's definitely better than storebought. Softer and easier to shape.

If you haven’t searched it, yes. You can pre make the wrappers and freeze them. Just be sure to thaw the wrappers out in the fridge or the counter the night before you plan to make the dumplings .

Once rolled to a disk, you have to coat each disk with cornstarch and pile them up, put them in a freezer bag and you can keep them frozen for up to 4 months, or even 6 months. When I make the dumplings (filled with the filling) I freeze them in a baking pan and once they're frozen hard, I put them in a large freezer bag, they keep for 3 months in the freezer, so I prefer making one big batch of dumplings so I can just take them out and use them right away c:

No, it's all purpose flour, the regular white flour you can find anywhere. Whole wheat has a brown color to it and is less chewy.

You can try steam the dumplings first before storing them in the freezer. I do this all the time. But never really measure how long they would last.
