Help! My Bird Refuses to Eat Vegetables - Here's What You Can Do

There are steps to take to introduce them to and get them used to eating veggies but its gonna take some trial and error and effort. Worth it in the end to watch those feathers shine and mood improve!

I did forget to say; With the additives to the veggies, especially the chia seeds, hemp hearts and flax seeds you can continue to add them for eternity. They are chock full of benefits for them such as omega 3-6, antioxidants, and more benefits to your internal system!

I had to teach my quaker when he was a baby not to talk when I'm on the phone. He knows better, but he'll mumble under his breath. Today he can't stand my boss so when he hears her voice he goes bazerk

This is the one area I struggle with my Sun, he is not eating as much veggies as he should. You gave me a good idea though with mixing flax seeds and crushed up nutri-berries. I think it may work! Luckily, he at least does very good with pellets and fruit. I also wanted to tell you how sorry I am about Kiwi. I felt so bad when I found out can't imagine what you went through. I am glad to see you back making videos, I watch them all and appreciate everything you do.

My sun can be finicky with veggies as well. She still eats a little but is a pellets and fruit gal 😂 regardless I hope it helps your sun increase their veggie intake ☺️ And thank you 🙏🏼

I love how Mango always bobbing her head it's super cute🥰 Nice video cuz mine just eat some of veggies not all 😅 i tried the chop but it got spoil in just 2 days maybe because of climate so i cut veggies daily 😊

She’s always agreeing ahaha 😂 Hope the tips help! If the chop is too too wet it can spoil quick. Keep it in airtight glass container in the fridge. Thats how mine lasts almost a week

@@mimisbirdhouse i keep it just how you describe but it still spoils 🥲 it's okay i cut veggies every day. Now i am working on get them used to zupreem pellets😊 hope they will get used fast🤞

I have a Sun Conure parrot and he is 6 months old and he seems smaller than yours Does this have anything to do with his age? Will it grow more?

Yes it does. They are still young at that age, at 1y they reach puberty where they become sassy gremlins and then reach adulthood at 2y old ☺️ mango is currently 3y old so she is fully grown

I am having a problem with my parrots, lately they are not showing that much interest in their lunch meal which is pellets. How should i make them more interesting? i just bought zupreem natural but they are not even interested in their previous pellets.😪 i need your help😣

Were they on seeds before and then suddenly got switched into pellets?

@@mimisbirdhouse no i was giving them two types of pellets i have them from the time when they were on hand feeding Now i am worried cuz their poop size is decreased a bit than normal, they drinking and playing properly, chirping, etc Everything seems to be normal but their appetite seems to be decreased than normal

@@mimisbirdhouse at first i give them seed mix too with their pellets but i decrease the amount of seeds day by day and they were just finally at the full pellet diet, but now they are not showing interest

@@mimisbirdhouse they are eating veggies normally, and i watched your video you mention and i have been trying to feed them with my hand, and powder method also. But still they are still not showing interest, actually i also contact the breeder and he say that due the sudden change of weather result in decrease in appetite. I just want to make sure that it's not something serious And one more request plz tell or make a video about how you feed luza and mango in detail like how much amount you give them at their different meal or the time you give and leave the particular meal and how much they eat normally, that way maybe i will have the idea. And THANK YOU for your help always🫂
