@@nafy2302 You should do the honest thing and just buy the program. $67 is very little money to heal from an injury. It's not like you are being charged thousands of $$$$ to go to physical therapy sessions. Do you expect a car mechanic to fix your car for free? Do you expect a doctor to heal your illness whatever you may have for free? Same goes for this program. It's not a lot of money just buy it and recover.

I’ve had this program since 2013. I don’t know Scott and have never interacted with him. I paid $40 for it, at the time, and it was worth EVERY PENNY!! If it were $100, I’d pay it!…the guy is just trying to make a living and his program works!! If you want results, just do it!! Just sprained my ankle for the first time in a few years and I was walking without pain the next day!! He has a money back guarantee…what more could you want?!?!

I have grade 3 sprain :( Now one doctor suggested for surgery and I don’t want to do. Is there any way it can be fixed with physiotherapy?

Isaacx Miranda I double cracked it outward and inward as I was trying to get my balance so the inner ligaments were fractured also! I couldn’t put any weight on it I had to get carried out of the field! This happened on Tuesday night 3 days ago it got swollen and bruised on both outer and inner ankle... and I’m carefully walking on it now! Please follow every step I put and I guarantee quick recovery. A lot of people don’t understand about fasting “not eating anything only consuming water” but it’s truly miraculous your body heals sooooo much faster this way!

I know this was posted a long time ago but If you happen to see it I’ve been wondering how the whole fasting thing works? I’m a soccer player and I sprained my ankle when someone fouled me about 2 months ago. I did all of those things just by myself for the most part except fasting and I’m still having some pain and limited range of motion. I’m wondering if The fasting would have helped all that much and if you know how it really works?

@@snowyoasis5798 I’m sorry to hear this I know how hard it can be physically and mentally, okay first of all did you give it enough healing time? If it’s been 2-3 months it still needs a bit more time... The first time I went back to train it was around 2 months after and I couldn’t pull the ball or do certain moves because my ankle was still hurting or weak so I got extremely disappointed and rested for another month or so, still doing a good 24 hour fast once or twice every week, yes Fasting works miracles I promise, for healing purposes you’d have to do at least a 3 day water only, but you have to take it easy those 3 days don’t raise ur heart beat too much let your body work inside.. I listen to dr Mindy Plez or do your own research about it... it’s been almost a year and I’m back playing and even better than before because I felt for a while that I wasn’t ever going to be able to play and cried a lot but I had to realize that it takes time to heal and that patience is truly what you need... Every morning I need to slightly rotate my ankle to warm it up before stepping on it or before I go play I make sure I take at least 5-10 minutes warming it up and I’m good to go!!! Don’t loose hope you’ll get better soon just give it time and take care of it... Listen to your body and soon you’ll be out on the field again ⚽️❤️

Yeah, but if you pay then you will get access to the entire rehab program. It works. I had a bad sprained ankle and I bought the rehab program and it healed me.

@@aarshghotra1041 Do you have a sprained ankle right now? Look, in all due respect to the owner of the program you need to pay to have access to the rehab program. There are many ankle exercises you need to do to recover. It's only $67 for the whole program and you have access to it for life. $67 is an EXTREMELY small price to pay to get out of pain. You can literally spend more money in one night at a nightclub buying drinks. Believe me it's well worth the money to get out of pain, it should only take about 2 weeks or maybe even less.

@@AceCorr hey! Thanks for replying. I have been suffering from a grade 2 sprain since 4 months and literally crying everyday ever since then. I can understand the confidentiality but I am just a student currently and 67$ in my country nearly costs 5000 bucks which is completely impossible for me to even think about :( neither I have drinks nor I go to parties
