I stopped being a fan of the Rangers cause this man would constantly stand on his head to give us a chance to win but evert year the rest of the team forgets how to play in the post season.

@@glennhagstedt Lundqvist has gone above and beyond for 15 years to get Rangers a trophy, he's pulled his own weight and his teams a hundred times over and still his team choked every time they got the chance to win. There's not a single person in the Rangers franchise today that deserves the trophy more than Lundqvist.

2015 was the year. If they don't lay an egg against Tampa in game 7, they would've walked Chicago. Tampa was literally the only team that could've beat them that year.

It’s a shame that they could not assemble a team good enough to win the cup while he was in his prime. It doesn’t appear they will do so with Igor either. As a lifelong Rangers fan this is incredibly frustrating, esp that they were eliminated in the first round and Shesty stood on his head for them.

I’ve been watching hockey since I was 13 years old and watching the New York rangers I should say since I was 13 years old and I’ve seen them all but the king was the man and he did deserve that cop but we have a Russian name Igor and he will bring that come to the garden And I know that the team wins that Cop they’re going to call Henry Tich down to take a walk around with that cop on the ice because he deserves to have it in his hands and touch it and be with the guys because he was an acrobatic in that net I never saw a body flipping so many different directions so quickly I mean I remember like six saves in a row six shots in a row and saved everyone of them. He was unbelievable. Don’t worry Henrikh this year’s for you let’s go rangers.

It was just a huge moment in a single game. Big rivalry. But yeah... It's ranked that high because of emotion behind it. Not because of incredible technique
