i have seen that the envelope is acquired from endoplasmic reticulum rather than cell membrane. what do think sr.?

I had these results The evaluation of the results is done by the attending physician taking into account the clinical findings and the history of the patient. Methodology: The received sample underwent the process of genetic material isolation and DNA quantitative measurement of HBV with Cepheid's GeneXpert automated analyzer with the Xpert HBV VIRAL LOAD protocol following manufacturer's instructions. Remarks: 1. Quantitative results produced by different laboratories with different methods detection rates are likely not comparable. 2. The specificity of the test reaches 99% and the quantification range is from 10 to 109 IU/ml. would you please explain it to me?
