Sir cases are coming with HBe Ag positive, ALT mildly above normal limit like 50, or more than double and HBV DNA not detected. Then what to do. Also mention treatment duration.

brilliant explanation. i know someone who was treated with a blood transfusion when the infection was detected in infancy in the late 80's. jaundice was one of the symptoms. she recovered and is now an adult. was she one of the lucky few who didn't progress with the chronic form?

I have HBsAg, HBeAg positive HBcAg negative, viral load >1 crore. But no symptoms, ALT is 55 in LFT. Doctor says it is chronic and start taking medicine. But in 2019 it was negative and I doubt it might be acute. Should I want to wait for 3 months or should taking medicines.. Pls revert.. Looking for a hope..

Sir Assalamu Alaikum, I am a chronic hepatitis b patient with detected HBV DNA in copies 8.3 x 1000000, Fibrosis stiffness (kPa) 6.8 and ultrasound report shows in Liver: mildly coarse parenchyma. On visit Liver expert in our country, respective Doctored prescribed medicine: Tab Alenvir 25 mg. May I therefore seek your kind advice if this treatment is suitable for me without any side effects or not. Awaiting kind response please.
