My german shepherd service dog loves people enough to prefer playing with them over myself. She has NEVER barked at another person and is highly trained NOT to, as a service animal. One evening in a parking lot there was a suspicious looking man standing infront of the entrance to the store staring at me aggressively, and I sensed he wanted to approach me for something, but he didnt. As we approached the entrance, maeve started barking at him out of nowhere, and even started growling when I tried to redirect her. She has never growled at anything in her life, not even when she used to be leash reactive. Dogs have senses that you would NOT believe. did you know they have a temporal sense that allows them to gain accurate knowledge of how long ago, and for how long something has been somewhere just by catching a whiff of its scent? TLDR; If your dog is acting like this, there is almost undoubtedly a threat present.

My aunt had a Chihuahua named Memo (rip) and a couple years ago he would always growl at the window at night. My aunt chocked it up to the "there's probably a bird" or something. But when she went on vacation she was robbed and the police found out that the point of entry was her bedroom window. She thinks that they were stalking her house to find the right time to rob her.

My cat did that once on New Years Eve 2022 I was on my bed watching Tv alone all of a sudden I heard 3 words on the other side of my bed at the footboard my cat instantly puffed up and went over there smelling and looking,it was my boyfriend who passed away saying “I love you” or “I miss you” I heard 3 words and didn’t expect to hear anyone obviously,I will cherish that forever❤

I know this is true, because my dog did that for about 15 days and after I went to church and brought Holy Water to bless my whole house he stopped doing that. The day I did the blessing someone that didn’t know anything what was happening, gave me, out of nowhere, a rosary blessed by the Pope which I hung right at the place where my dog looked at. By the way I must say that I was out of the Church for 20 years and all this happened when by the grace of God I was able to confess, receive frequently the holy sacraments and pray daily. That happened 13 years ago! Glory to God!

I have big rottie and has always been playful, sleeps with the kids and sometimes in our room too. One night instead of sleeping he did get inside neither of our rooms but sat outside of my childrens room faced at the hallway all night and just slept when the sun was up. He never growled but just stood his ground no matter how many calls we made.

I have 2 dogs. A pomeranian and an American Pitbull Terrior. Every single 5:24 pm they both barge in to my room and stare at the window beside my bed for 1 hour and 12 minutes a day. They did this for 4 months straight until my mom decided to take them to the vet. The vet said everything was perfect with them, no health issues or anything. We went to Arizona 2 weeks later the vet appointment. We left my cousin and her mom at our house to take care of our dogs. On the first week on a Friday at 2:54 am, my cousins mom called. She was screaming that someone broke in because they thought no one was there. She said my Pitbull bit the person's leg and he got a terrible ingury. He was sent to the hospital which he spent 4 days in, later got sent to prison for attempt of robbery. It turns out that my dogs were keeping an eye on that exact same robber for 4 months straight. If it was not for my Pitbull, I think I would not havae anything.

My dog also done this one time... He was barking while seeing our garden in the night which is too dark...I and my dad really asked him what's there but he said something but we don't understand his language and that night I swear he was staring there from the windows without blinking that scared the sht out of me 😳We saw it in our home cameras and its at least for 1 hour that he's staring without moving ...after that some days later our flowers in the garden are dead and the dog refused to go to the garden and we don't forced him at all cuz I know he is scared and I don't want something hell to happen to him ....I too refused to go the garden so my dad fixed a camera in the garden and we don't see anything moving in the garden like trees moving....all days the trees remain to be silent like a statue 😢Even when there is a lot of wind blowing ...our garden trees are like a stone...we see this only in camera and that day onwards we started to believe in paranormal activities and spirits

Ive had a situation where a stray dog came on our compound, the first thing i did was call my dogs back, grabbed a wooden stick and ran towards the stray dog, screaming and punching my chest like a monkey. The stray dog ran away, when i got back to my dogs they were wagging their tails and licking my face, absolutely happy about it. Ever seen a pack of wolves or lions? They do the same when the alpha kills a prey or protect the pack. So when you have a dog, be the alpha instead of a little bitch.

While walking down a wooded trail in Washington, my 2 year rottweiler stopped all of a sudden and put himself between me and a trail going to the left. His back hair stood up and he started growling, I ve never seen him act like this. Then he moved back and tried to push me back while still growling at that general direction, never looking away. When we were a good 2 300 yards away, he looked at me and gave me the look that we should gth out of here. Im still wondering what he saw back there

I've lived in multiple haunted places throughout my life. I've had different dogs throughout my life do this before and some going crazy trying to attack something that I couldn't see. Very freaky because you know something's up and you just can't see it. But, when you have one or more of your dogs acting like this there's something there.

People have to remember that just because dogs have a good sense of smell and extremely good hearing, they aren't super heros, they still hear things that they mistake as threats. I live with 2 pits and they're always barking at random things around the house, closing doors, tapping noises, high pitch sounds, etc. Don't always assume they know everything that is happening because they make mistakes just like us.

My dog did something similar to this but when I sat up to see what was going on he got right over my face as if to shield me so I couldn't see what it was, he wouldn't move for a few minutes, he just kept looking back as if watching and waiting for it to go, he's never done it since thank god because he really put the sh**s up me 🙏❤️

My late dog didn't acted like this. But a couple of years after we got him, at some point he started avoiding the kitchen. Which was strange because it's was his favorite place beside the courtyard. We even put food down to make him get in the kitchen but he walked a little before he backed away and he looked at the wall. Not gonna lie. It's was spine chiling to see him act like this all the time. He walked a little and then backed away immediately all the time. Sometimes he even avoided the kitchen. I had it blessed, because I had paranormal encounters in my childhood and I didn't wanted to risk anything. Afterwards he turned back to normal He stayed in the kitchen almost all the time.

My granddog locked onto something in the corner of my bedroom above my jewelry amour. His fur stood ip and he even BARKED at it. He NEVER BARKS IN THE HOUSE. His head followed something across the room the me and my BF couldnt see. I felt comfort as this room was my Mama's and its were she passed. It made ne KNOW SHE'S ALWAYS WITH ME. Whenever my dogs do that, I stand up and look at the direction my dog is looking for, and I just stare. I know for a fact that ghosts can read your intentions and spirit. My dog slowly relaxes as the evil spirit escapes. Spirits know I can't touch or harm them, but they do know that trying to scare someone with a spirit so strong is pointless. When I die. I'm going back to those spirits and tear them apart so no one has to deal with them

Also cats can do it. When you hear your cat in the night acting crazy, it's because they're trying protecting you from ghosts. Where I live, there is a legend that cats with a "M" on the forehead protect from ghosts. My cat has this "M" and sometimes act like she's hunting something invisible

I woke up one night because my dog was laying ontop of me with his tail in my face and he was PLANKED WITH CLAWS OUT AND FUR UP just like this, and whatever it was, the closer it got, the harder he growled and the more he planked himself ❤. I will forever be grateful for that night.

One of my dogs always growls and barks at the kitchen door.we have a spirit in our house. We have named him or her Florence. We don't mind them in our house. Florence is a good spirit thank god. Now anyways my dog always barks because Florence normally hangs out in the kitchen as we have witnessed a milk carton fly off of the counter before. My mum has seen a shadow of a person looking at her during the night.

That's true. It was my Dog (Tommy) who noticed something back in 2007. He was constantly barking towards the bathroom at around 2.30 AM. I was really pissed because it was disturbing my sleep. But when I tried to find out the reason, I was horrified. There was a tall black shadow which was hovering in and out of the bathroom with a very rapid speed. Of course I did nothing. I went to bed and hid myself under the blanket because I was only 15 at that time. Btw, Tommy died four years after that. RIP Tommy.

I had a cat that did this in an old house I used to own. One day it refused to go into the dining room, it was crouching down and you could see it looking at something that I couldn’t see. He jumped up onto the fridge freezer I had in the corner and it was staring wide eyed downwards. Went on a few minutes that. It was a strange house.
