A day in the office for you would be the best day ever for lots of your viewers. It's not boring at all. I don't get to fly airplanes, at all. I'd love to but it involves significant changes in where I live (about 2 hours travel from an airport where I could feasibly get some lessons) and what I do, and what I earn. It's just not going to happen. I'm not bitter about it and I salute you and your glorious job here. Here you are casually following a spectacular coastline at 500ft altitude. That's just awesome. Puts a grin on my face. Thanks for sharing that with us and keep on doing that.

The lift off was exhilarating. Quite a powerful engine out there. Then the flitting, near vertica wing shot that made me feel like some bunch of naughty children spying on you in the cockpit, from above the wing! Loved it. Like my friend said, if it pleases thee, O' Captain, bless us with more of these. Thanks too for the coastline tour. This place is truly blessed.

IKR I was a very young missionary in Alaska back the early 80's, confused @18 but adventurous. I spent about four months there and since we had to spend a lot of time moving from area to area. We were in the old plane a lot. I learned so much from that old timer about growing up be a man, how to serve Christ without pushing it on everyone else, and just a spirit of helping others. =)

I can't believe that plane doesn't have air conditioning------Beautiful video
@francisschweitzer8431
@francisschweitzer8431 3 жыл бұрын
In aircraft with turbine engines ... in order to have air conditioning it requires a unit called an AIR CYCLE MACHINE. The Air Cycle Machine ( ACM) and is associated plumbing takes up room and adds a LOT O WEIGHT.... plus it operates off of bleed air from the turbine engine.... and in doing so, increases fuel usage and lowers engine power.

@@francisschweitzer8431 All the aircraft airconditioning systems I'm familiar with run off a traditional electric powered compressor. I've never seen one that operates off engine bleed air. Aside from the weight, they are a very expensive optional extra when you buy a new aircraft, and very expensive to repair.

Centigrade is a logical temperature scale. It's dead easy... water freezes at 0 degrees C, (ice) and boils at 100 degrees C, (steam). Farenheit to me is just confusing and pointless, unless there is some other good aeronautical or scientific reason for applying it. Maybe there is. If so, I stand corrected. Apart from that, your videos are great Ryan, and thanks for being so informative and for the high quality video footage and editing.

That take-off was very sharp, very nice. The commercial airliners does that a little, especially the 737-800s. But the cargos like those MD-11s UPS's, man as soon as the landing gear leaves the runway they leap up there!! Very powerful take-offs and I would imagine that they're still accelerating at those steep angles! The crabbing was sharp. Were you just pressing the right pedal or banking to the left a little also? Please let me know. As you may know I'm preparing for the written exam and am looking to getting a simulator😃😃. Very very nice. Please keep coming out with more vlogs!!

For audio capture on your GoPro Hero 8, does your NFlightcam cable work directly or do you require the GoPro Media Mod? I cannot for the life of me get mine to function and GoPro have been nothing but awful in their support.

@@MissionaryBushPilot Thanks for linking. Yeah, I have all of this equipment, unfortunately it does not seem to want to record the audio. Even the input/output is unable to be changed. Thanks though!

Do you have any experience flying the C208 Caravan ? Just wondering the difference between the Kodak and the Caravan as they seem so similar.
