5:03 mark Matching the Toyota emblem** I think both the corolla LE with alloys and civic ex, ex-l of 2013 are solid choices if you are going for a used compact sedan! Just compare the trim and options you're getting for your money and pull the trigger!

I had mines for 10 years now just hit 300000k with no major issues just changed the starter once and alternator once. I'll just change the oil every 5000 miles as It recommend. Absolutely love this car best car I have ever owned I would get another one if could. I drive it 140 miles everyday back and forth to work. Been doing for over 5 years now. I bought it for 8 grand when it only had 98k miles on it I put over 200k miles on it. Just change the exhaust too because I ran over a deer which messed up my exhaust but the shop says they never seen a 300k Catalytic look so clean they say it looked like it had 80k miles on it.

haha yeah the extended bumpers and stuff. Tbh I only started liking the sporty styling on Corolla's since 2018 refresh SE designs, okay maybe 2016 haha.

Hey! I appreciate you watching and expressing interest in it. It’s actually been sold back in October. I listed it for $11,999 and sold it for $11,300! But I do hope you find one real quick! What state are you in? I can ask my buddy if he has any available, he usually has good, mechanically sound, and only sells Hondas, Toyotas and Lexuses mostly.

It probably is, but the road noise is utterly horrible. I was loaned one a few months back and then an almost noisier RAV 4 right after, and even my old Camry LE is a smoother and quieter ride than the 2021 Corolla I received. Granted it's larger, but the Camry's interior felt nicer too. That Corolla had terrible seats with no support whatsoever. But if you want to save some money and max reliability, sure. That example there looks real nice, incidentally. I'm partial to silver. Even the panel gaps look purposeful.

LOL, they’ve always been loud from what I remember. Have had a 2003 in the household and replaced it with a 2013 and the loudness is part of Corolla’s genes lol. The newest Corolla I drove the last time was 2018 SE and it wasn’t too bad. I have yet to test the current generation to compare it with the civic.

If only I had your experience; it's just something you can't tell from test drive videos. Then again, that rental was all they had. My commute is an hour so not for me, but I could see it for someone who doesn't care at all or who has this as their life-proof ride while they have another pricier car they take out sparingly. @@Cartalks100

@@RebelOfDaNew I agree. Have you considered a Honda Civic? I recon you should def test drive that one too if you’re still in the market for a new compact sedan. In the same class you have Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, Nissan Sentra, Hyundai Elantra, Kia Forte and a Subaru Crosstrek(more of a small cross over but base price is comparable to the other I mentioned). Check em all out before pulling a trigger on one 😎

Actually, I'm not BUT--my gramps had one of those, and it rode pretty darn smooth. I fully endorse that car too; thanks for bringing it up. It was an older 2000s Civic; so I can only imagine how much better the new ones are. @@Cartalks100
