Chris Webber is one of the best power forwards to ever play the game. That statement alone should put him in the Hall Of Fame. But as of now he's not. His history of mishaps is well documented, from the scandal in which all his records were stripped from history, banners taken away from Michigan, and all his achievements erased as if he never even played in college or high school for that matter. Without those it's hard to make a case for him simply off his NBA career. And a stellar career it was. The powers that be aren't supposed to judge off court issues when judging a players HOF status, but as humans with emotion and feelings about players, it's unwritten, but we know why they aren't letting him in.
