With 80,000 runners taking part the City2Surf is the world's LARGEST fun run and one of the largest participation running events. Starting in the centre of Sydney and finishing at Bondi beach, It's not an easy of races but was a lot of fun. Check out my race vlog to see what it was like and how I got on. Also, watch out for my other videos during my time in Australia.

Thanks Ben. Yes, it's a very popular race and I really enjoyed it. Three weeks in Australia has flown by. Landed back at Heathrow this morning, so mega jet lag now 😄

Thanks Tina. When they said it was a fun run I naturally thought, it would be fairly straightforward but it was actually pretty challenging, however still great fun.

I was in Sydney till the day before this to celebrate my little boy turning 4 but was back at home in Canberra (about a 4 hour drive away). It looked like a beautiful day and I will have to do it next year because the amount of people would have been special. Cheers.

Thank you. Only had room in my luggage to take one pair of shoes to Australia so took the Asics Kayano 30.

@@almostaverageroger Ishi, I am going to run the 2023 New York City Marathon in the Asics Gel Kayano 30. I know the soles of my feet won't ache in those shoes as has happened to me in past marathons in lighter shoes. Good luck in your first marathon.
