I'm a full time Realtor in Murrieta, California. My husband Chris and I moved from Orange County to Murrieta in 2009 and married shortly after. I'm a "boy mom" to Joshua (almost 4) and Bobby (2 years old). Our 4th child is Zoe ~ our border terrier. Chris thinks Heritage lake is a better value than most anything else, including Harveston in Temecula.

Hi Karen. Yes, we love Heritage Lake. Everyone wishes the prices were still in the 300s though. Those were the days.

Everything just looks so peaceful and beautiful. It's so hard to believe that you can get these wonderful low prices in Southern California. Love how you are right between Los Angeles and San Diego. I can't wait to get out of Vegas!

We were there yesterday. There are great options in Hampton and Chelsea still. The new sports park and the second pool look great. We will feature those in addition to the main part of Heritage Lake in future videos. Thanks for commenting Todd & Tasha.

Hi Angiee. Thanks for commenting. I made this video in August of 2019 so the prices have gone up a lot. Check out the video this week kzfaq.info/get/bejne/p8qqfJyL1MjZeHk.html around the 5:45 mark to hear the latest on Heritage Lake pricing. The Chelsea models I talk about have the biggest yards and the most features and are therefore the highest priced.

Great vids. Question. Does menifee get its water source from Pacific or nearby reservoirs? Also, did any fires effect the area? Thanks

Hi George. There are reservoirs in the area including Diamond Valley and others that I don't know the name. I don't think it is from the Pacific. The Colorado River and the Sierra Nevadas is alll we know. As for fires, here is a video we did last fire season. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/kMCbls91r5jblnk.html

gotmula777 Menifee has remained much more affordable than Murrieta and Temecula IMO because they have a steady supply of new inventory. There is lots of new construction going on and lots more to come as well. It helps keep the prices down. There is an inventory shortage in Murrieta and Temecula.
