Thank you so much!! I think this highlighter is better about not accentuating texture than many others but you may prefer to get a blingy liquid highlighter and use it under foundation instead so you get a sheen without anything right on top of the texture.

@@LexiJong I was torn between shade 3 and 4, but I’m glad I picked 3 because 4 would’ve been way too dark. Sometimes I get a darker shade of bronzer just for cooler undertones (Gucci in 2 and Chanel Les Beiges in Deep and Sunbath), but the Hermes in 3 really works for me. I also want to try Goa from Chantecaille! I just ordered the Hermes highlighter!! I know I’ll love it 😍

Yes that is how I will wear it most of the time too. I wanted to make sure the actually tone shone through on the video but it is definitely much better with a soft hand imo. I hope it continues to grow on you Tammy!

@@LexiJong I agree! The coral is not really that coral, amrasbeautyblog here on KZfaq has swatches of it! She has a deeper skin tone but she compared it to the new Charlotte tilbury gilded glow and it looks much more like a soft champagne rather than peachy. I still haven’t swatched mine I just got home and it’s dark but if you want I can send you a swatch on my skin tone on ig tomorrow so that I can take a picture in natural light!

@@LexiJong Thank you Lexi, I have watched the video three times. I will keep looking on each site regularly for a re-stock. I know you have said you prefer bronzers less warm, but in my humble opinion it is perfect on you. You are so natural with this simplistic makeup, that you don't look made-up you look chic and polished. I don't know if that makes sense? More relaxed in your own skin. I am not as fair as you, but have been struggling to find the right foundation. I tried over 25 samples of foundation before landing on Cle De Peau radiant cream #20B. It has been better than the other 24 samples, but still a bit orange. I was going to order the CDP Foundation, even with it's high $$$ price tag. This week I was given samples of the new formula Chanel Sublimage Foundation #30 and #32. I have been using the Sublimage concealer in #20 for six months. It is a bit too light. I will be ordering both foundation and concealer in #30. It is a first for me to have a foundation which makes my skin look like my skin but better. I had no light pooka dot pores or viable brush or finger streaks. The #32 was too peach in tone and fought with every blush for dominance. I am not sure which bronzer to order. I am definitely going to order the Rose Atacama highlighter when it is back in stock. I you have an opinion on a bronzer I would greatly appreciate it.

@@cforester I am so glad you found the perfect foundation! I think it is so difficult to find a great match but CdP works well for me too. My favorite bronzer is still the Gucci but the Hermes is really nice if you have a good shade.

@@LexiJong I received my Hermes Plein Air powder and the highlighter today. I applied both and absolutely love it. I ordered the color 02 Atlas and the Rose Atacama (very little needed). I used the Dior Backstage Rose Glow blush. I loved the natural effect with very little effort. Thank you for being the so gracious to review and offer answers to your viewers.

She's become so big now - she featured in Vogue magazine a while back - I just came across the feature while looking at something else. @@tammysummerswoodbeck1353 I've actually been liking it a lot when i dust it lightly around the perimeter of the face. On me, it doesn't show up so yellow but instead, it's more of a warm peach. I am of a golden(slightly olive) fair complexion, not sure if the undertone of the bronzer would work as well if I was cooler.

@@LexiJong I agree. It's weird. The Gucci is my favorite. Shade 1 has the red undertone, which is perfect. But like you said, the formula on the Hermes is so much nicer. It looks like the Hermes color 4 has the red undertone, but it will be way too dark. Ugh.

I really like this one and yes it is called the mineral powder highlighter. I think sometimes cream highlighters can be a bit heavy looking but the ones I love the most for creams are Surratt Torche Lumiere in Diamante and Rituel de Fille. I have Icebow but I just ordered two more shades.

Hi Giedre! I agree that the bronzer is too orange/yellow for me but I did build it up so it was more obvious. It looks better with a lighter hand but it is definitely not the best shade for me. I love the Sisley bronzer but it isn't a great shade for me either. Lol. I agree that if you tried the Hermes, you would probably stop using the Chanel. Maybe just wait and keep using what you have first. No point trying something new and then being more tempted! Have a great day and thanks for your feedback!

It is a peachy yellow - definitely warmer than the online photos unfortunately.

Honestly I love the texture but I don't think there is a great shade. None of them are quite like the Gucci. 4 is probably the closest in tone but it is deeper so you would need a light hand.

@@LexiJong Hi Lexi, I have news to report and observations to confirm. The Rose Bruyere lipstick is very nice. I like both the color and texture, it feels as light as the Sisley Phyto lipstick, nice choice. The Rose Poivre blush is very beautiful and a bit less red than the Suqqu but the texture is amazing. Now, wrt to the highlighter, is it just me but I don't find it as beautiful as the CDP highlight? The CDP twilight highlight is very classy and chic while this Hermes highlighter, even though better than Chanel's Duo Luimere, is too subtle and kind of highlighting the texture on my cheek. Do you have the same observation on the highlighter?

Hi Ida! I really hope they expand too. Have you considered a deep radiant blush to use as a bronzer instead? I picked up the new Bobbi Brown blushes and haven't had time to go through them all yet but I will see if that one works as a bronzer. I believe there is a bronze shade iirc. They have a beautiful radiant finish.

I am pretty sure I had an inner seal on mine - a piece of foil, but it's possible I'm remembering incorrectly. I would contact Chantecaille via their live chat and ask if there is supposed to be an inner seal. Most of their creams and masks come with a piece of foil inside the jar but I can't recall if there are any that don't come that way.

I'm not sure exactly why. It's a very nice powder. I guess it just didn't impress me more than my go-to favorites.

I have shade 3. It’s warm in the pan but doesn’t show up warm on the skin. Very natural! I’m very happy with it, and I normally love cool toned bronzers.

Talc and asbestos are not the same but of course the inhalation of powders can always cause trouble for some people. Unfortunately I cannot make a video as you requested for a couple of reasons (see below). I can however definitely go over products that last all day and don't seem to cause any skin issues. If there is something in particular you are looking for (or looking to not be included), please let me know. Simply identifying the ingredients and what they are known to do really is not helpful imo and can result in misinformation. Ingredients perform differently depending upon how they are mixed, the temperature, the concentration, what they are interacting with, and so forth. All of the varying factors can create very different results so just analyzing an ingredients list is not usually enough to say whether something is good or bad. For example, alcohol is often just credited as something that will dry out your skin and for years people demonized it in skincare when in reality, if it is utilized in a certain way, it can be beneficial for the skin and actually promote hydration from other ingredients. Pears and apples are healthy to eat but if you actually break them down, they contain formaldehyde (naturally) and our own bodies produce formaldehyde on their own. Yet it is an ingredient that is very scary to see on an ingredients list. I am not a cosmetic scientist so I would never presume to know how something is going to work without further information. When I am able to highlight information about key ingredients in a formula it is because I know more about how it is utilized but for the vast majority of products, that information is not something I am privy to unfortunately. It would be great if companies could be more transparent about their formulas but competition is fierce. I hope this helps!

I'm not sure what is up with the pricing, it has been weird but in this case they are supposed to be $105 so Neiman Marcus will probably increase their price soon too (Bergdorfs and NM have the same parent company).

I was curious so I went back to check- bergdorf was selling the TF quad for 105, and I bought it for 90 from Beautylish. Bergdorf has since changed the quad price to 90. This reminds me of when I see someone selling a beauty product on eBay for double or triple the price, but it’s not sold out or anything and I’m just like huh?
