This Mumbo Mega Base is a huge Minecraft terraforming project, that is inspired by the Minecraft 1.18: Caves and Cliffs update. This build took over 100 days in Minecraft, and it's not even close to being done! We also do a Minecraft standoff with ImpulseSV, and also participate in the Hermitcraft tegg game build by Grian on Hermitcraft.

You should put the tegg inside the dark dark base mountain, leave a chest full of torches and sign saying "good luck!" If anyone comes for the tegg then they have to light up and clear your base for you

You have to put the obsidian in the ground at "under your feet"-level. Having the crystal at head height rarely kills you because teeeechnically, your feet are protected by the obsidian.

Actually any block works because explosion damage is the distance from the explosion to your feet and putting a block between your feet and the explosion negates the damage

Just came from impulses video cause I had a thought. Mumbo should put a hopper over the furnace and each participant can put 1-3 sticks inside. That way no one knows how long it’ll take.

Hey Mumbo, I’m sure someone’s already suggested this, but when you eventually make the waterfall, you could make a boat elevator starting from the base of the mountain that sends you from the inside of the base to the top of the waterfall…

@@theredwaffle5893 honestly, I have no idea, but I trust that seeing the red stone wizard that is Mumbo Jumbo, I figured he could find a way, maybe by using extending pistons to raise the boat through sign held water sources? Or he could just create internal waterways inside the mountain kinda like those theme park log rides

Honestly, seeing as he’s planning on a large waterfall on the front, I just really love the idea of a bunch of natural-looking water features being the main method of transportation in the cave, I’ve definitely got a soft spot for water features

You need to make a dueling grounds!! It would be epic!! Have it all set up so you can bring people to duel to an official set arena, even other hermits can pay to end their disputes in a duel. You could also have training grounds attached and have people pay for supplies and to practice!!
