No better way to sum up hermitcraft then one person marking their area with a prismarine lantern tower, another one threatening to get their emerald blocks to mark theirs, and a third flexing on them all with a diamond block tower

Honestly, joe's wordle ghosts at the word bordle bit was probably my favourite thing in s9 so far, and that's saying a lot considering how high the bar has been this season.

Im very impressed with the scriptwriting and editing of these videos!! Y’all cover all the highlights with the perfect amount of depth that I feel up to speed, but also still have lots of new and enjoying content to watch from the hermits. That’s a very tricky needle to thread and I’m very impressed!

Not really because it's not an exact square, there are a couple chunk missing in the corners iirc, but it is indeed 32 chunk wide. Or 33, if we consider 16 in each direction plus the central one? or 31 if it's 15 in each direction plus the central one. You get it tho

Doc is creating a perimeter with a 16 chunk radius - so 33x33 chunks not 16x16 chunks

@@cherrydragon3120 Nothing, he probably isn't going to build anything in the majority of it. Most perimeters are just giant holes meant to spawnproof an area.

Wanted to say a general thanks for the subtitles on HCR :) They are always so well done - especially the [sounds]. Infinitely better than ‘auto generate’. I have enough hearing loss (10 decibel loss, right ear) to need a hearing aid and rely on subbies. The really funny stuff where a ‘banter’ comment or witty comeback is slightly out of context is very hard to follow (irl as well as yt lol) when your brain is constantly filling in the hearing gaps … so that’s my long way of saying thank you, you are much appreciated:)

@@TheHermitcraftRecap I don't watch Scar, but AFAIK he has been experimenting with playing sounds over the proximity voice chat. Maybe Sloy achieved what Joe couldn't do? (Or just cut out the piece when it played?)
