Does Tibet allow foreigners to visit since 2020?

China has always allowed foreigners traveling and doing business in Tibet, but the formalities are troublesome. Trouble does not mean prohibition.

@@wangmoandherfriends5225 wondering if any foreign travellers still have the privilege to be there enjoy unique new era Chinese modernization and Tibetan culture. Hope the flights are re-listed and quarantine is dropped once the modernization is accomplished.
