HG Gundam Banshee Norn. Great kit with some minor flaws

Жыл бұрынWhat’s up Gunpla fam?! Today’s review is of the HG Banshee Norn. This kit was released back in 2014 but still looks good. The major upside is the destroy mode, the signature yellow psycho frame looks great. The armored shield is just massive for its scale, being the size of a normal high grade. Downside this kit is somewhat loose and tends to lose couple parts. ( armor over rear skirt thrusters and “lion’s mane ) The kit in its entirety is fragile, handle with care. Thanks for watching. Hi.. is it just my kit? most parts seem to fall out (V fin/ back skirts and thrusters, shield, gold parts connected at the back).. neck also stoops

The v fin can be a little lose along with gold along the back. If you consistently reposing it you may have just some loose/weak areas. May want to check and see if all spots are free of left runner plastic. Places that move ball joints things like that you can paint a couple of coats to help tighten up. Areas that don’t move like the shield pieces you can always a drop of glue to ensure they stay connected. Hopefully this helps. Lmk how it goes. 😊

Dude, the piece 22 of the b runner looks like the black part of the horns of the unicorn and destroy mode, i think that if you loose the horns, you'll be able to use them 😅 I plugged that piece into the backpack, now my banshee Is a shark with a small flap 😂

@@KathyaVazquez so yeah I did have a little bit of trouble with this spot. I was able to get it once I angled the V horns back more.

The peg with the extension forwards for the shield broke :( I'll have to use the Phenex one

Oh no. If it’s just a peg, I typically cut a piece of the runner that fits the diameter and cut to length. Clean off the broken peg and glue the new piece to it.

@@Dadlifegunpla the connection that It has for connect to the backpack broke, and now It Is inside the backpack, but for some reason, i pushed the peg with my nippers, and idk why, the peg moved More inside and then i was able to put the Phenex connection

FINALLY, my banshee norn dm will be delivered tomorrow 👌👌 I think im gonna paint the lion's mane and the horns with sharpie's metallic gold and normal orange. Oh- And im gonna paint under the psycho frame with gold for make it look more brilliant 😅
