One mans cheese is another mans gold... "cheesy" is a very subjective word and can be used in many different contexts. And there is such a thing as good cheese... a quote can be both epic and cheesy! Also, just because I've included a quote from a movie, it doesn't imply that I think the movie itself is 'cheesy', more the line chosen qualifies... I happen to love a great deal of the films listed here.

TheKPSTube Absolutely. The fact that the goddam SEVENTH one is one of the highest grossing films of all time causes me to die a little inside. The Mad Max films are infinitely better, but don't do nearly as well (probably because they don't have The Rock and Paul fucking Walker).

His tec weren't in yet, so I had to gut the thing up to the air filter. It was such a pain in the ass, and my virgin engine digging hands took a beating. But it made me smile every time I saw a new cut on my hand, remembering that line from that movie. 😆

Who really has time to monologue while dying, though? Epic it may be, but there's a point there. A lot of medieval epics, when you break them down, are pretty cheesy. The heroes and villains get majestic lines and dialogue. In reality most people just die.

i love lord of the rings and i don't think a lot of it should have been in here but you have to admit, especially if they were in english (their in elvish) aragorn/arwen scenes are pretty cheesy when you read what they say. Storm's line "Do you know what happens when a toad gets struck by a lightning?" was supposed to have been a come-back to a catch-phrase that Toad should have made throughout the movie, but those lines got cut from the movie. Storm's line wouldn't have been viewed as cheesy if those had been left in.

one of my favorite videos growing up, me and my friends would quotes these randomnly during all of middle school. recently i've been watching a lot of movies and seeing the movies some of these come from makes me nostalgic of the good times this video has brought me. 12 years later and i still come back to this. thank you man

How is the scene from Castaway ("Wilson" scene) cheesy? What line is cheesy? That's an incredibly sad scene if you know the context, which many people don't. They just see some loon crying about a soccer ball and laugh, but it's about more than a ball. I like these other scenes, but I don't see how Castaway belongs here.
