Hello Manar, thank you for all your work. Could you make a video on verbs in the passive? مثلا نسرقت ، نلغى ، and so on. Knowing how to put them in the past and present tense too would be so helpful. Shukran kteer!

It would be very interesting. I know that levantine passive is different than msa. Please don't forget it. E.g. msa: wulitdu bish sham. levantine: inwaladit bish sham. I was born in Damascus.

why in the example "let me know what will hapen to you" bSir was used and not bYSir?
@LearnArabicwithManar4 ай бұрын
Salamat 👋🏼 whether we write the 'ya' in the present continuous or the present simple in levantine Arabic or we don't that depends on the first letter of the verb if it has 'sokon' or it has a vowel. 😊

@mikhailabunidal9146 Жыл бұрын
هنه يوقعو تحِت الصف اللهجات المحكية نفس هالي كما معروفة اللهجات الشامية ( يعني بلد الشام:🇯🇴🇮🇱🇱🇧🇸🇾🇵🇸) They fall under the same category of spoken dialects known as Levantine Arabic Dialects

I think ولا ب اي حال would be translated into English as "under no circumstances" based on the example sentences. We wouldn't say "not in any way." Thank you so much, as always, for your excellent lessons, Manar! I always learn something new! ☺
