Our staff who traveled to Spain said the most delicious dish they had was an omelette, so we created this recipe. The Spanish-style omelette is cooked thoroughly, resulting in a slightly different taste from the soft Western-style omelette. You can use any herbs you like, but we arranged it with asparagus using Kojima Kei's Spanish-style omelette recipe as a reference. The key is to cook it thoroughly, as we mix raw garlic and onions into the mixture, and they won't cook properly unless they're well-done. Finally, we top it off with extra-virgin olive oil and Guérande sea salt. Just upgrading your seasoning a little can make your dish taste much more authentic. While the flavor may not be the same as what our staff had, it's sure to have a simple taste with various flavors since it has a lot of ingredients.
