Many customers enjoy adding shichimi or karashi for extra flavor to their okonomiyaki and yakisoba. At our restaurant, instead of using a light sauce, we achieve a spicy kick by sprinkling red pepper powder. This maintains a consistent flavor profile with our usual sauce. Additionally, garlic oil helps eliminate any powdery texture when applying the powder.
