It is quite challenging to maintain consistent quality when sourcing tuna. However, by preparing it as a steak, you can minimize variations to some extent. Rubbing grated garlic onto the surface and grilling it thoroughly brings out the delightful aroma of garlic, accentuating the essence of garlic steak. The sauce is made with a soy sauce base and incorporates coarsely chopped daikon radish. Since the sauce is only heated slightly, you can enjoy a crunchy texture. While each cooking method and sauce are simple, the combination of tuna, garlic, daikon, and soy sauce blends together beautifully, without any particular element overpowering the others, creating an exceptional culinary masterpiece.
