30g melted butter
200g cream cheese
50g non-sugar yogurt
30g sugar
30g milk
5g gelatin
200g heavy cream
10g sugar
5g lemon juice
30g blueberry puree
■Blueberry puree
130g frozen blueberry
30g sugar
■Blueberry jelly
100g blueberry puree
20g water
1.5g gelatin

I tried this but once i added the strawberry puree the milk 'broke' the whole cake tasted like yogurt. I dont know what went wrong

@@emma1075 I did. So i only mixed one half with the strawberry and the other half i left without the part without was fine but the other one is the one that turned into a broken milk yogurty mix

Blueberry cheesecake is my ultimate fave cake ever!!! Be it baked or not. Your work is so amazing. Think I'm drooling right now. Haha. I made this and it was delicious. I found that this recipe works well with other berries as I tried raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries. I even tried a mixture of them with the blueberries and boy was it a strong berry flavour, but good. Arigato gozaimashita!
