2:10 Quick piece of history about this photograph. It was shot by Scottish photographer Albert Watson. Watson had 30 minutes booked out with Jobs to shoot the portrait, Watson researched about Jobs prior to the shoot and learned that Jobs didn’t like having his photo taken. Watson, not wanting to get on Jobs bad side told Jobs when he arrived he can help him by getting him out in 15 minutes instead of 30 which Jobs was grateful for as he “had a lot of work to do that day.” With Jobs now on Watson’s side Watson simply told Jobs - (paraphrasing) “Imagine you’re in a board meeting with someone you’re in discussion with, they are sat opposite you at the desk, you know you’re absolutely right about the topic and that they’re wrong” jobs simply then replied “that’s easy I do that everyday” He leant in forward and put his hand to his chin and stared straight down Watson’s camera. Heard this on one of Albert Watson’s podcast interviews. ✌🏾

You can play games in Mac’s “Terminal” system 1. Go to spotlight search 2. Type in “Terminal” and hit enter 3. When the program loads, type “emacs” and press enter 4. This was a fun video... I’ve also heard that the original Mac team signatures are on the inside of the case of the original Mac if you open it up. I’ve got two T-shirts and a stainless steel water bottle from the merch store at 1 Infinite Loop that my husband bought for me on a business trip a couple years before they moved. There’s a way to watch an animated version of A New Hope(aka the og Star Wars) in Mac’s “Terminal” system, but I forgot how. They used text art meticulously animated to look like the movie.

Speaking of time stamps in Apple product pictures. For a while, the clock on the picture of the Mac’s desktop on the packaging box, used to indicate the version of Mac OS the computer shipped with. For example, 10:43 used to stand for Mac OS 10.4.3.
