Tailpipe extension is probably for noise regulated tracks. Pretty common to angle it down for db masuring.

Me personally, I like the wheels that are on the blue s15. While I get that you want to have twins, I feel like it would be cool to keep some of the original parts on blue s15 to respect its previous build and style.

so the 煙突 is such a okinawa thing they have a ristriction on some circuits to not to allow straight exhaust so they use chimney ducts to point it downwords.
