Hi Sally, my mum had the same fate as your mum. She also had a fall when getting out of bed and she broke her femur. Also it was during the peak of the pandemic which was in July last year. Managed to bring her to the hospital by ambulance but prior to getting her operation she got covid at the hospital. Thankfully she survived the covid bcos of her vaccination but wasn’t able to do her operation bcos of the high covid cases at the hospital and was asked to be taken home. Since then she has been bedridden till now. I just heard about the passing of yr mum. My deepest condolences to you. May you stay strong and healthy and pretty as always. Regards to George. be careful with calcium supplement. important to maintain calcium to magnesium balance. most important factor is your body Ph. A great exercise is mini tranpoline (about one metre diameter). In USA, the NASA found that the quickest way to restore bone density is to jump on the tranpoline; also use by the US Marine as a valuable training aid.
