今次Dr. Joe教大家要吃什麼東西才是幫助到骨質疏鬆。另外三種最重要的運動方式就可以一起做來幫助逆轉骨質疏鬆。不過大家也要量力而為,如果真的很痛,或做過也沒有幫助,就要跟隨醫生的指示去做治療啦!
In this video, Dr. Joe talked about how to reverse osteoporosis. It is common in people 40-70 years old. There are two important steps, one is nutrition and second is exercise. He will demonstrate the effective exercises for Osteoporosis and discuss about what kind of food you need to eat to prevent bone loss.
