I did not think I'd have the nerve to try this really. I'm not great with heights and I'd already seen the cable cars going to and from the bottom station. They looked big and very high off the ground, dangling on their cable that stretched from one end to the other.
The cable ride is in two sections. The first takes you from the base station up to Morro da Urca hill where there are some fantastic views over the whole of the city really. Then, we're onto the longer (and higher) gondola, climbing higher to reach the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain.
I'll film the journey both ways so that you can experience the ride for yourselves. Let me tell you, I was glad to get off each time but I tried not to think about it and I definitely tried not to look down! I'll tell you how much it costs and we'll have a bit of a look around the mountain too - there's more to it than you might imagine.
Thanks as always guys for taking the time to watch my videos. All likes, comments, subs are massively appreciated and it really encourages me to make more content for you all to enjoy.
Cheers for now.
