* When no satellites are available, the cameras are used, but only for a short time, as the mower tries to get a connection to the satellites again. If connection to the satellites cannot be made after (I think it’s 150m of travel), the mower stops mowing.

I’ve recently bought two of these, and both broke within a month. The first one had a sensor issue, and the other had a broken disc. Their customer service is really slow, and they expect you to send the Luba for repairs to Canada. It’s a great idea but not remotely close to being ready, and their customer service is by far the worst. If something does happen, they might tell you to pay to ship it back, and they will not let you return it without “approval,” even if you’re within the 30-day purchase window.

I should mention they have a software upgrade basically every day. Their suggestion for fixing any issue is ensuring you have the latest firmware or to shut down the machine. Otherwise, you’re expected to ship it to another country to get it fixed. This mower is not worth the investment unless you’re into being annoyed or having to wait to cut your lawn.

I watched this entire video, and the Luba does not ever appear to actually cut grass.

@danchesney631 Thank you very much for the feedback and your support! That is understandable and completely correct. The aim of a robotic lawnmower is to cut only very short sections of grass by cutting it regularly. This then serves as fertilizer for the grass :) Best regards

Question about the zones. Does no-go zones counts to the zone limit? Some says it does. But mammotion support says 50 no-go per zone.

@Jimmiq I don't think that Nogo zones count. The 10/30/50 zones refer to real mowing zones. Several Nogo zones can then be created in these zones. I must admit, however, that I have not yet reached the limit of zones on my 5000 😁👍🏼 Best regards and thank you for your support

@@TechIllusion-EN yes but this is the old version of luba i was wondering what luba 2 perform on very steep hill its of for a family member he has a very steep hill of grass its insane man is 70 years old previous robots try they fliped over .

@secnersecner4409 I don't think that will make a big difference in terms of climbing ability. After all, both are completely identical in design. The only difference is the front wheels (omni wheels) So I expect the Luba 2 to master the slope just like the Luba 1... Best regards :)

It's making constantly zero turns where you don't expect it, so making donuts and destroying your nice lawn, but they are working on that

@rodbtelenetbe Many thanks for the feedback! I have subsequently activated the option in the settings for the robotic lawnmower to turn in several passes. I would recommend checking this and activating it if necessary. This is definitely gentler on the grass 😇👍🏼 Best regards

The "3 point turn" setting affects only the actual cutting paths of the zig-zag. Self initiated maneuvers for positioning etc. will still result in zero point/tank turns that will damage the lawn. IMHO it should NEVER do this type of turn for any reason!
