We are playing in person high-power EDH, featuring legendary creatures from Murders at Karlov Manor!

UPDATE: We have realized after posting this video, CJ was miss-playing the effect of rumor gather throughout the game. This resulted in CJ drawing extra cards throughout the game. However when he is blinking his permanents on his last turn he is able to blink the gatherer to reset the ability and draw his deck with it properly! Sorry about this since it's effects the out come of the game in a significant way but we wanted to leave the video up instead or re-shooting and to learn from our mistake!

Tommy also forgot Court of Garenbrig trigger at upkeep. It still has an effect even if you're not the monarch. Not as powerful but still relevant.

The true allatar card was tommy "the one ring" it went from a broken card to a nasty card where u can draw and not take damage on upkeep 😅

Kenrith's transformation should have hit the Archon as Mycosynth Lattice makes spells colorless and giver of runes would not have been able to give protection.

Rumor gatherer only triggers a draw the 2nd time it triggers, not 3rd, 4th etc, is there a reason why he said he can draw his entire deck?

so his commander causes it to trigger twice and while you are correct he does have the ability to flicker the rumour gatherer to reset the ability because the card is now a new game entity, so each time the felidar enters it triggers the gatherer two times drawing him a card, we just werent being clear enough, sorry about that

@@WintuitionMTG I hate to say it, but the guy is either completely misreading the card or just flat out cheating. Multiple times in the game, he resolves the triggers as scry, draw, then just draws for each subsequent trigger. E.g. at about the 22:30 mark, he draws 5 cards from the rumor gatherer and at no point does he flicker it. In fact, he explicitly says he draws 2 when the felidar guardian enters with the felidar trigger still on the stack.

@@SlavicHavoc youre right, we were completely miss-reading it at the time and it went over all of our heads unfortunately as we havent seen the card played often. we do apologize, and we didnt realize until after we had already started editing.

Am I missing something or isn't Nabber supposed to nab lands when Lattice is out? That would turn a funny card into a crazy card

The card snapping (especially the card snapping) and palm up middle finger pointing was so incredibly distracting. If you do it to tilt your opponents I guess it worked as I was triggered just watching, let alone trying to concentrate on what all is going on on the board and having to listen to that all game. The sound is pretty echo-y and bad too. On the plus side, I appreciate you showing the stack, it's very helpful when trying to follow what's going on on the table. I know this is how magic goes but it would have been cool to see the other decks do... much of anything. Either way, I generally enjoyed it, and may dip in for different episodes.

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, since we are still a new channel are equipment and play space isn’t as optimized as more established creators. Are first goal is to improve aspects of our videos in the near future. As far as the middle finger point, it’s sometimes how I point to cards and has no intentions of tilting opponents. @@WintuitionMTG Understandable about the new channel bit. The pointing was less of a tilt for me than the loud ass card snapping. At least no one was shuffling their hands like rabid monkeys doing blow. Pros on camera started doing things like that and pointing the way you do in the 2010's and it took off with players in my area and it along with the snapping have always just ground my gears. Keep doing what you're doing though. It'll get better, hope you guys make it. good gameplay vids are hard to come by.
