High pressure die casting can also be used to cast zink gun parts i.e. frames and slides.

Die temperature should be 150 t 180 degree centigrade. Thank you very much.

@@hpdcpathshalasds thank you sir .any specification for part temperature available .are part temperature is critical parameter. If Ejection pin broken affect the casting quality . example near gate area broken means Thank you sir

Yes, it should be below than 280 degree centigrade . That is also called ejection temperature. Thank you very much.

for die temperature, it should be 150 - 180 degrees centigrade after spray and for the aluminum molten temperature, it should be 655 to 665 degrees centigrade. Thank you Keep learning till death
