This same recipe can be tried little differently. For 1 cup of the jowar vegetable mix which aunty made, take 11/4 cup of water. Boil the water with a drop of oil , jeera, once it starts boiling add in the jowar mix , stir well until there is no water. Take the dough out hot. Have a bowl of water . dip ur hands in it and then handle the hot jowar dough... roll it add little oil. Use a chappaathi roller, roll the dough in a plastic foil after dipping in dry jowar flour and make jowar rotis by heating both the sides in a tawa. This will give a totally different taste to the dame recipe . Loving all your health care tips aunty 👍🏾

Walk every day one hour, start with half hour. Stop eating starch and carbs. Drink lot of warm water with Ajwain. Stop fried foods and dont snack between meals. I have thyroid problem too. These tips helped me loose a lot of baggage.

I make this all the time but I use more chickpeas flour and almond flour and coconut flakes and all vegetables and it's absolutely amazingly delicious

Hi, thank you so Much for all the healthy receipes. After seeing your videos I have ordered cast iron tawa which is really great to use for rice flour dosa, I must say thank you for that as I can skip non stick pan . When I make jowar dosa it becomes bit dark in colour and gets burnt easily compared to rice flour dosa, any tips please. Thank you
