@@irecordwithaphone1856 Dormin did nothing wrong. He warns Wander that there will be a heavy price to pay. Was possibly unable to help Mono without being revived in the first place. We don't actually know what he was imprisoned for. I could go on. I wouldn't take guys who murder an innocent woman just because of spooky auspices at their word.

@@jasonfenton8250 there's an interesting theory that connects the Queen from ICO and the cursed fate of Mono, to the fact that in the end only the male voice from Dormin can be heard during the final minutes. What if the soul controlling Mono in the end was not hers at all? I mean, there are several evidences pointing that the Castle from ICO was actually built on what remained from the Fordbidden Lands... Of course, just theories, but it feels consistent.

Don't worry, though there won't be games where you will be giants that you can't climb on, people are still making games with similar levels of story. Shadow of the Colossus was entirely unique in the way that game progressed and the route they decided to take for players to fight the bosses

6:20 was always my favorite part when the Elder of the village mentioned if the wander is somehow still alive out there that he hopes he atone to his actions. it's like the part of that music score sounds hopeful. if that makes sense.

I'm new to Video Games. This was the first game I LOVED. I defeated three Colossus but I haven't finished the game yet (life! Studies work and all) the music is too beautiful too deep for my soul to handle. I struggled every time I played, the OST is just on another level. It's so existential to me.

I fucked up Agro's "death" scene so much during my first playthrough. I kept falling off the bridge, so his "death" unfortunately didn't hit me as hard. However... when that beautiful steed stumbles his way back up to the tower and the music creeps up around 2:40 I choke the fuck up. That was a great horse.

What a lot of people also didn’t think about Dormin was it wasn’t the first time they were sealed away, that’s why the forbidden lands were closed off from the outside world, the colossi were dormin’s soul sealed away in different locations, once Dormin was back to the mortal world it was gonna wreck havoc and escape from the forbidden lands that’s why Lord Emon sealed Dormin away again and ran off with his men.

Sad your uploads of this whole soundtrack are underviewed compared to others. The quality is as advertised, even at loud volumes nothing gets muddy. Good headphones recommended for this.

Well, you're half right there. There are BIG chances that the Queen was actually Mono, yes, but let's not forget that ICO, the protagonist, was NOT the only and first child with horns. He's more like a descendant of a lineage of horned boys (so yes, Wander Boy DID IT with his momma Mono, which is kinda disturbing but... Anyways... Japan...).
