Hi there, just a question. Why do you keep your dot so forward on the rail? Doesn't it make the "acquisition space" less wide? I mean, the closer the lens is to the eye, the bigger it is.

Great question Daniel, It's sort of a matter of preference especially for airsoft. Few things to consider however, the receiver is the best place to mount it over the rail because it is fixed to the gun and will not move, flex or spin. Next thing to consider is what you are seeing. Since red dots have no eye relief problems you can mount it whenever you want without having to worry about eyeboxes or focus. That being said, if you do move the optic close, you will see more of your field of view through the optic but less around the optic, if you move it further you will have less field of view through the optic but more around the optic. It really depends on what you prioritize, I like to use the dot as a reference point but like to keep good peripheral vision. As well, sometimes you will need to bring the gun over your shoulder to fire in strange spots, having the red dot further forward allows me to move my face into the gun when I need to do something like this. Personally, I (the guy in the vid) likes to mount it at the end of the upper receiver because it's the most comfortable considering all these factors.

I mean, it's not a problem really since you shoot with both eyes open.

Hello there I am really confused about which battery I should get for my gun. I am thinking of getting the kwa Ronin "TEKKEN" TK.45C AEG2.5 but I dont know which battery I should get and if I need any of the extra wires. Can you please help me out and if I do get a battery that needs a special bag please let me know.

I use sorta a merge of them all I guess I'd call what you didn't say, combat high ready. I don't drop my stock all the way past my shoulder pocket like the high ready I sorta keep it like the low ready but higher. Basically I draw an imaginary line with my muzzle from my stationary to my ready to fire position. The shortest path for me is always the fastest. Low ready to fire ready you draw a long ass line from the floor up to your target. Your high ready was too high for me since you stick your stock wayyyy down low. But I did like that combat low ready! Just reverse that combat low and thays Basically what I've been doing

High ready for clearing rooms and tight corners and low ready for basically almost everything else for me.

The difference is that things you learn in airsoft (as well as the physical activity from it) actually have real-world applications. COD does not.
