San Jose was still crackin like that in the earlier 2000’s. Although we were from the other side, we really had more in common with East LA than we did with the rest of SF Bay Area. We were the safest big city in 05 but SJ is huge and we had hella hoods in the Eastside and Southside from all different ethnicities but mostly Mexican.
