Blake Allen, a freshman at Randolph Union High School, was suspended earlier this school year after expressing her discomfort with having to change in front of a male student in the girl's locker room. The student identifies as a transgender female and allegedly watched Allen and her teammates while they changed clothes. Blake's father also works at the district as the middle school girls' soccer coach. Both Blake and her father were suspended following comments made about the incident. The Allen family immediately filed a lawsuit against the school district. Here's what happened next...

I think it would be a bigger blow if the mens sports did a boycott in support. And really they should, as anyone a male athlete beats can just move to the womens league so it cheapens ALL sports period. Reminds me of the show 'Reba' when the school bans Cheyenne for being pregnant until Van steps up and stops playing football until they take her back

OMG my middle school shut down the woman's bathrooms because of the same reason. After about 1/3 off the parents calling and saying how inappropriate that was especially in middle school, they opened the restrooms back up and made a rule that you use your biologically accurate bathroom regardless of pronouns. Banning teenage boys from the girl's locker room is not anti trans. It is to stop teenage boys from being teenage boys. My Dad said when he was in middle school, the principle kicked him in the butt because he was standing under the stairs to look up girls' skirts and that was in the 1930s. The school board has forgotten what's it like to be children and are forcing young children to deal with issues that even adults are struggling with. And now that I think about it, @retrovinyl5392 has a very good point. Even grown women are uncomfortable with male parts in their locker room.

I myself have been told by my own Mother that I have no modesty except for what makes others uncomfortable. She has told me to my face and in front of others that I have no modesty. I still do not stare at others when changing because it makes other people uncomfortable. This biological female was being disrespected and objectified by the trans-student. When I was in High School the girls locker room was the away teams locker room for Football. So the cheerleaders had to change either in the restrooms down the hall or before arriving at the game. By current leftest rules the female Cheerleaders should have marched in to the Girls locker room with Males from the other school and go full Mardi Gras. Yup sound perfectly safe for everyone involved. COMMON SENSE AND DECENCY is all biological females are asking for.

My sentiments exactly! Puberty & adolescence was confusing for me decades ago but, like almost everyone, I struggled through it. After all, that’s what humans are programmed to do. The world today is so much more challenging & my heart aches for these kids. Girls being told they MUST share their private spaces with biological boys, boys constantly told that masculinity is toxic, confused kids not getting the proper help they need to deal with issues they’re facing, the list goes on sadly. For that tiny group of genuinely gender confused/questioning/insert current phrase here they need something other than “gender-affirming care”, it should be “gender discussion or investigation”, not an immediate positive affirmation - not for youngsters at least🙏🏻

Something similar happened to me at my school. A friend of my friend, who identified as trans (biological male) shared a gym class with us. He was completely allowed to change in the girls locked room, and talked to me sometimes. One day he grabbed me from behind during gym class. I talked to the assistant principal, but that's all that happened. Luckily he moved away after that. This is absolutely disgusting and schools should not be allowing boys into girls locker rooms and vise versa.

If this happened 50 plus years ago when I was in high school, the male high school students would have just beaten the daylights out of the pervert that wanted to watch our girlfriends and sisters undress in the locker room. This needs to be policed by the responsible male students in the school. A simple word from me or several buddies would have dissuaded a pervert from wanting to watch my girlfriend or sisters undress.
