High Speeds on the Round River ATV Trail

Күн бұрынToday's ride takes us to the Paul Bunyan State Forest to explore the Round River ATV trail just north of Akeley Minnesota. This trail system was an absolute blast on a sport quad. The trail is mainly hard pack with some sandy sections. There was a few small to medium sized rock gardens as well as a decent amount of puddles littered throughout the trail. Overall this is one of the fastest trails I've ridden in Minnesota and I'm excited to go back and see the spots I missed someday.

Man you two were flying! What a great trail system! Awesome stuff. You mentioned you bumped up your PSI about halfway through, what psi did you bump up to out of curiosity?

I put around 6-7 psi in. I normally run 4 in the rear and 5 in the front

Hey Pete I’m looking into buying a pair of anti vibe bar clamps and since you’ve have hands on experience with both urmosi and precision what do you recommend?

It really comes down to your budget. The precision clamps only move up and down whereas the Urmosi clamps move every direction. I do think for the money the precision clamps are definitely a great value. It just depends on if you want that extra damping with the SBC’s 👍

i’ve got a kfx 400 and i’m looking to get a bunch of power and amazing sound from an exhaust but don’t know which one to go with. i’m looking for something decently loud but also gives a lot of power at the same time. i was thinking about getting a rossier r5 so if anybody has one on there 400 lmk how you like it. anybody have any advice?

My footage is 4k with a new hero11. Ian was running a hero7 filmed in 1080. My hero11 protune settings 10-bit color-on Bit rate-high Shutter-auto Ev comp -0.5 White balance-5500k Iso min-100 Iso max-6400 Sharpness-low Color-flat Raw audio-off I have a media mod with a purple panda mic plugged in. I do boost my saturation 25% and tend to play with exposure levels if there’s a lot of light variances 👍
