@@broccolibus6913 Hey, thanks for doing the tour! Who have you found insurance through? Do you know how much it is? (Annual miles estimate...? Comp & collision vs liability only? Which state insurance is based out of?) I've heard people mention Progressive, but just talked with them yesterday to get an estate and they said they "don't insure bus conversions" (school or transit bus). Big kids right. Yet if we are realistis many families over the yeats have lived in 1 room shacks and shot gun houses with as many as 10 kids. Many poor families are familiar with this. This is the first time where it's all about the kids. Most parents who have made the decision to make this move, then put the kids in coffin like bunks. @@celbel9425 The kitchen is small because of the seats in front! At first I was confused on why the home seemed a bit cramped for a long bus, compared to other buses. However in seeing how fantastic the seating area is at the front where they have minivan seats, it makes perfect sense. In ALL other vans, the parents themselves put in seatbelts for the children on the couches, which is HOPEFULLY perfectly secure.

This is the best build I have ever seen. The layout is perfect. I like the fact that you don’t make your children sleep on the couch while you have a bedroom. I like your “bedroom” though. It is private when you need it to be. I never understood why people couldn’t build a bus or whatever RV, with enough electrical power. This is the first one I have seen where you can run an AC unit while having other appliances going. It is worth the money to me, to have power when I need it. The kitchen is perfect. I agree with an other comment that most kitchens are to big for the space. You make it work. That is all it matters. This is the best bus, by far, that have seen. Safe travels.

Thank you. We could have more space to play with if we opted out of having proper seating upfront. Safety measures such as appliances that are bolted down or metal framed walls to catch anything that could fly in an accident kinda sculpted our layout. We built our bus electrical to meet our needs from the cloudy Seattle area and also the heat of the south with ac needs.

I can see both view points and totally respect where you are coming from. The bunks are large twin size and they can fully sit up in them but that didn't translate well on the video. The wall section that the black back table folds out from blocks the views of each other when they are tucked in bed. Even when we had a large house with enough rooms they wanted to share bedrooms. We eventually plan on finding some land to buy when we figure out what state we like in the future. We are enjoying this time for now being able to travel and see things. The ever changing outdoors offer a lot of space when they need a break. They sit and enjoy the sun while painting or reading. Currently we are parked on a 250 acre farm in Oregon and they are playing in a little creek and planting gardens. Last Friday they were around our other bus friends in AZ with kids playing and having campfires. Life is more about adventures than living in a box. For now this works. We are hunkered down quaratining.

Hi, great job with everything: clarity, no laud soundtracks and camera zooming on a leaf of a plant for 5 minutes before moving to something else,...you know unnecessary things. Very business like and strait to the point. I only wish you had listed items with purchasing links. Where can I find the parrot painting above the kitchen sink? Thanks and all the best, Vo

First off I have to say that this build is like a real home. It has all the separation from kitchen, bedrooms, the place where everyone sits when bus is in motion. Then there's the solar battery and wiring for the bus that is truly something I have not seen before in any build/conversion. The way he has made it all about safety first with every bit of wiring covered so that they're not hanging loose in the undercarriage of the bus. This whole build is fantastic especially for a big family. They have thought about the children first making sure their needs are met with the air con in their room as well as their own tv. I say bravo to this family for such a wonderful bus conversion.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Buddy up in flagstaff az built his warehouse workshop. He does woodwork and guitars he sells down in mesa and area open air markets. He used to be an engineer at boeing out in CA before he was laid off back in original recession. His bus is very well engineered and executed like yours! He parks in a covered side overhang adjacent to his workshop. His workshop itself has solar too. Hookups for his bus, and a hottub right behind the bus along with an outdoor kitchen. He was intending to see all of america from newyears to end of summer, but I guess now thats moot. I think the air gap between his buses outdoor roof and the top covered parking, help keep his bus cool. Anyways, hope you guys stay safe and hunker down!
