Crazy how I watched Marc sears grow so much.. I remember when we was in the rec center and him and his dad Chad sears was always working.. congrats Marc and chad.. ya deserve this

He has been a HUGE addition to this team...This is such a young team, and Marc has been the guy that basically settles them down when things aren't going well...Great player...Great leader

There’s something so satisfying about an away team shutting down a home teams rowdy crowd 😂 the energy was just drained the last few minutes 😂 congrats Bama , Houston needs to keep their chins high they’re still a very good program!

@Tee Mo were those team #1? You're trying so hard to make a point that you are overlooking what I said. Also this two wins over the #1 team before the new year hasn't been in a very long time. I stand on what I said. These two wins over the #1 ranked team, SHOULD secure Bama at least a 3 or 4 seed in the NCAA Tournament. Those wins are considered quard 1 wins and are big time resume builders.

Houston played a good game, I think they proved they’re a top team for sure even stretching the lead to 15 at one point. Just gotta be more consistent on the offensive end and finish games

They have one loss. They had this game then couldn’t make shots the last 3 minutes and Bama got momentum. Every year in the tournament they beat big time teams. Although they never make it far their games are close. They’re number 1 for a reason and number 1 teams lose all the time.

@@nick-rp2do Kent St, St. Marry, TSU (pretty average team but make tourney), norkfolk st (houston completely dominated them but they almost beat Baylor), point is, just because Houston hasn’t played many top 25 teams, doesn’t mean they haven’t played good teams. They’ve played a good amount of tourney teams which you can say are top 68 teams. Some of the teams they w beaten have votes to be in top 25. With almost 400 D1 basketball teams, it’s hard to really gauge whose actually top 25 and some of the schools they beat have beaten other top 25 teams. It is what it is, but what thing is certain, Houston usually has a deep a run in the playoffs regardless of schedule.

This comes from playing a weak nun conference schedule when they finally play a good team this is what happens not saying Houston not one of the best teams but they haven’t played anyone and Memphis will beat bama next week

you right, but that doesn’t pertain to this game. this game was gritty. missed free throws yes, but very aggressive rebounding and defense.

College Basketball > college football. In college Basketball anyone can win and there’s crazy upsets every week meanwhile in college football the same damn teams go to the playoffs every damn year and that’s whilst being undefeated going into it shits boring and predictable

tcu's going to the playoffs this year. also not really comparable when you have 4 teams vs 64. have a 4 team basketball playoff and it'll be the same several in the mix each year as well. that's what nil does for all sports.
