ബ്രോ...വളരെ യാദൃശ്ചികം ആയി ആണ് ഇങ്ങളെ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടത്... യൂടൂബിൽ പാചക വീഡിയോ ഇടുന്ന ആളുകളുടെ ഭക്ഷണം എല്ലാം ട്രൈ ചെയ്തു അതിനു ഒട്ടും നിലവാരമില്ല എന്നത് അനുഭവിച്ചു അറിഞ്ഞു മനസ്സ് മടുത്തു ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇനി യൂടൂബ് നോക്കി ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടാക്കില്ല എന്ന് ഉറപ്പിച്ചതാണ് .. പക്ഷേ ഇങ്ങള് പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ ട്രൈ ചെയ്തു .. നല്ലൊരു ബിരിയാണി കിട്ടി... ഞാൻ ഇട്ട മുളകിന് ഇച്ചിരി എരിവ് കൂടി എന്നത് ഒഴിച്ചാൽ ബാക്കി എല്ലാം പെർഫെക്റ്റ്.. ചിരിച്ചു കളിച്ചു നിന്ന് അടിപൊളി റെസ്റ്റോറൻ്റ് സ്റ്റൈൽ ഫുഡ് എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞു പറ്റിക്കുന്ന chef/ അല്ലാത്ത പാചകക്കാർ എല്ലാം നിങ്ങളെ ഒന്ന് കണ്ട് പഠിക്കണം.... താങ്ക്സ് a lot... Made this. Extremely tasty. Little addition pinch of biriyani masala after every layer. Added few drops of biriyani essence and 1 Tspn kewara water. Added lime juice with chicken.

It doesn’t have to be exact 60 a 50 to 60 is a good enough and it can only be decided by looking at it or breaking a rice grain 😀
