Ladies the program is called habitat for humanity. ❤️ plz do your research as Jas Stated in the video especially the county funding. So you want waste your time apply for something that will possibly be years on the wait list. I wish everybody. Good Luck & God Bless 🤞💞

Lia Jai Istg I’m from Chicago to had to move to Iowa for my babies right on low income housing while I continue school and build my credit I know the struggle Boo. I wish you luck frfr. Best routine to go farther from Chicago so you can get an better chance to get approved 💯❤️

I'm grew up in durham. So glad to find people from my area in YT. Well I'm already a homeowner and my husband built us a vacation home in Africa too. So fun n exciting to build. Goad to see my young people buying homes and bossing up. Kudos to u and sharing this great info. Love your hairstyle also. 😘😘😘

That is good m I just graduated debt free with an associate's degree in healthcare and LVN. Houses are expansive. It's better . I wanna do this . I am a single mother who Arabic father I left because of domestic abusive . I wanna be on my own and free for high rent . I am living in California. I will look into that m California too expansive to rent .

Call the US Department of Education and they will rehabilitate your loans and delete ALL derogatory data from your credit report. 😘

Hello thank you so much for the video! I do have one quick question at the moment technically speaking it would be me and my hubby but I am not sure if that means we'd only get a two room house? And would they take into account that you do plan to have children in the future? Personally speaking im so interested in the program because of covid but also my hubby and I are really struggling right now which is one of the reasons why we hold of on having kids and honestly just waiting for what the future holds. I certainly don't want to bring a child into this world if we're gonna be moving back in with his parents you know? Thanks again for the video and the honesty!

Hi I have a question so I live in Miami but I'm moving to Orlando next year I want to sign up for the program so my question is will I be able to still build a house down here and use that credit for Orlando or do I have to travel to Orlando to do the house in order to get credit? What is the minimum credit score they're looking for in order for you to qualify for a townhome? The only thing I have in collections is hospital bills which is $2,000 but everything else I don't have in collections for my school I have grants so I don't have to pay that back and I just finished paying off a car this year I believe I was late probably two or three times out of the whole time I had the car at the time I wasn't working and I lost my job but now that I have the funds I can do a lot more for myself now so can you please get back with me with the answer thank you have a great day and congrats on your KZfaq my mom she just cover your videos about your down payment on your house.

You would need to talk to the people that work there. I went to a meeting and she told us the list was 2 years out!

Hey hun! Yes you should apply! But you have to be living somewhere where you are either paying too much or don’t have enough room for you and your daughter to be considered. I don’t know what area your in so the rules may be different

I believe subsidized housing have a program called Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) - I used to have public housing and they offered that program. I wish I knew what it was before I moved out of the city and lost my public housing. But they help you buy houses.

Don't Habitat only allow homes in not so good neighborhoods? I looked into this a long time ago and decide not to do it because they wanted to build the house is bad neighborhoods. They hood neighborhoods with not so good schools and definitely not safe neighborhoods.
