I like that side table. I was wondering if it wouldn't be better to keep the drawer in place and store the stove on the left side under the table. Not sure how much weight that would be though, but seems like it would fit perfectly on the bottom of the galley space with less takedown work.

My wife said this guy must be your lost brother. I don’t own a Hiker YET but have been designing mine for about 2 yrs. 100s of pictures and ideas from everywhere. This mod has done many of the things I have tried to incorporate. Great job! Love this. Any chance you can share where he is located? Would love to visit sometime if reasonably close.
