Hilti te 2-a 24V lightweight cordless hammer
The case is broken and the dust cap is missing. Only the battery box has no cells.
It was completely disassembled and cleaned, the front and rear bearings of the rotor were replaced, and the casing was repaired and reinforced.
The battery part uses 18650 lithium cells, two in parallel and seven in series, with a maximum voltage of 29.4V.
After repair, the function is intact and the power is strong.

Tengo uno igual, con el mismo problema. Por dentro le he puesto fibra de vidrio con resina. Veremos que tal resulta. Buen vídeo.

Esa bateria cargada al 100% tiene 29,2V, pero bueno, mas fuerza tiene. Buen trabajo.

Hola, la original cuando está cargada tiene también esa tensión. Aunque las celdas son de 1,2v cargadas están sobre 1,4 a 1,5v.

Can sanitary sealing rings be used? Or do I need to buy rubber gaskets (rings) specifically for the tool?

The sealing ring is special, and the general material may not be wear-resistant enough

Sanitary sealing rings are not oil resistant. You should use nitrile or silicon O-rings.

The Yiwei batteries I used recently were purchased on Pinduoduo, and the disassembled Sony batteries were purchased on Xianyu, a second-hand trading platform under Alibaba. If you are not in China, these apps may not be convenient to use.

I used two kinds of oil, one is ordinary grease, I used SKF LGMT2, and the other yellow one is special oil for electric hammer cylinder, which is thinner.
