I explained it in my old vid here kzfaq.info/get/bejne/r852fKirqajKj40.html. Requires some knowledge on how turn and SPD functions to begin with. In general, it's just 150 - 10000 / x * (3 - total-action-advance), and solve for x. 150 is the action value budget for cycle 0, 3 is the number of turns we want. 10000 is just a scaling constant that the game uses. So without Eagle and only 1 S5 DDD proc, the total action advance is 24% or 0.24. Solving for that gives 184 SPD.

Not sure actually. I always run Robin with Tingyun because I think she needs to ult twice. But it may be that E1 Robin is so much stronger you can finish it easily. Problem with Robin is that it warps rotations entirely by when you use her ult. So I'm really not sure what's a good way to fit her in here.

I guess in terms of whether the 3 turns is also achievable by Bronya, yes. Whether it's SP-feasible? I have never thought about it before. I love Sparkle because I never have to count SP in her runs. That still leaves the question of damage. Problem is that most of the FUAs are triggered outside of Himeko's turn which will not be buffed by Bronya but are buffed by Sparkle. So I don't think so...?

Gotta prep for the next MOC feature too. It's going to be harder I think, especially wave 1 where I found was a bigger damage bottleneck for me

It's actually quite easy with Ruan Mei. Many lineups break it quite well. Himeko, Kafka + Gui, Acheron. And it gives some of the highest effective damage screenshots you'll ever see which I guess plays into people's perceptions.

Side 1 highly likely since the HP is not very high, though I haven't tried it yet. Side 2 unlikely from my estimates, but I could be wrong. There's too much HP and he isn't able to take advantage of the 15% self damage on breaking all 3 elites.

Well not always. It's just that this specific set up is speed oriented since 3 turns are not normally achievable. There are other setups where few to no one runs eagle, though it's generally good. There's usually not much use in the 4piece relic set for supports besides the watchmaker set.
