Thanks for ur O&R MC. I absolutely love this knife. I bought it a couple of weeks ago and it is my first Hinderer. This knife is high up on the Knife Krack Skale. I plan on keeping it forever and handing it down to my son. It is unbelievable and fits like and extension of my hand, both left and right. Well worth the retail price of $425. I like the tip down clip set up. It feels great in my and with no hot spots. I love this knife stuff! Thanks again and keep em coming MC!

Well, between your review, several articles, and quite a few articles, I bought one of these when a color I was interested was available early in the morning when I could not sleep. I’m super excited and can’t wait for it to come in. Thanks for the good words and videos.

I love the tri way. Honestly he could save some money by only offering the bearing pivots. That’s just another reason to jump into hinderer knives right now. I currently edc a full track. Once broken in, it’s smoother than any knife I’ve ever owned including sebenzas etc. I use mpro 7 gun lpc on mine and it’s a god send for bearing pivot knives. One drop and spread it around the friction areas and rubbed around the bearings is all u need. He offers u 3 options to play with, but you’re never gonna use the other washers.. The bearing washers are so fast and so smooth. U really get to fine tune these knives to your liking and he makes it very easy. Rock solid lock up with perfect blade centering every time too. Anyone that will purchase a knife in this price range needs a hinderer. If u encounter lock stick, take a sharpie to the blade tang until the lock settles in. It won’t take long.. my hinderer full track is the beefiest and most buttery smooth knife ive ever handled. And he gives u options.. for free! It doesn’t matter what model. Half track, full track, xm 18, 24, Jurassic. They’re really just wonderful folders. Pull the trigger now if you’re on the fence.

That Jurassic is really nice. Little shorten then I thought but looks good. I like the looks of the handle. I’m a big knife guy so the weight is never a problem for me. I like that there’s no Jimping on the back there. That can become a sore spot after flipping it a bit. Thanks Complex.

I like the looks of these new ones, Gen1 was all scaley, and some of them had the Raptor Eye in the middle of the scale. And only HMBS parts I ever see anywhere are the solid backspacers for the XM, aren't there supposed to be screwdriver, bottle opener, lanyard slot, etc. I never see them anywhere having a screwdriver/ pry tip on the back of that would be awesome. But it's a Hinderer so I guess you dont really even need a pry tip, just feel like the whole HMBS was kinda half done, maybe with the release of this guy it'll bring more options with it

If they did the Jurassic with the fullered spear...man that’d be tempting.

wasn't really on my radar. I was aware of the Jurassic. Sort of figured my first Hinderer would be an XM-18.

Yeah, the old scales totally turned me away, made the whole knife look weirdly awkward. Looks great now, in fact I want one now.(not that I wouldn’t have taken the old style if I were offered, that’d b foolish) very nice. Thanks Enjoy

The reason they come tip down is because that is Ricks preferred way to carry...

The cutaway for the flipper tab seems like it would serve to be less of a pecker in the pocket.. does look like a trex head when deployed. Cool knife but the XM tho.....
@johnmwalker57744 жыл бұрын
For a first Hinderer would you recommend this or the xm 18 or is just down to preference?

Can you flick it open with thumb? Or spydie flick it? I feel the figit factor is very important but no one attempts to showcase it.

I don’t know if anyone said anything. This is probably not a newer video I’m on an auto-play binge here….but 🦖 t-rexs didnt have scales did they? - just bustin’ ya MC! Hinderer intrigues me. I’m always concerned it feels lopsided (g-10/titanium) ..that axis..lol 😂 👍great video as always 🖖

I have a few ZT Hinderer collaborations that I like all of and I'm thinking it's time to get a Hinderer to see if I like it as much. How do you think they compare MC thanks for sharing bud

Full track full track full track, if u like big knives. Talk about easy to take apart and clean.. it comes with the tool to do so built into the knife. Anyone that loves big knives for edc are fooling themselves by not trying one.
