Jen, thank you, thank you so very much! I made a shirt that fit okay...but then one of my fave shirts...well lets just say I grew out of it. So taking your advice, I split the side seems and crocheted panels to go into them to add a bit of growth area...LOL. Low and behold favorite shirt fits again. So I made a crochet shirt and it doesnt fit on the sides...JEN TO THE RESCUE!!! I will be fudging it as you call it to make it fit. The fun part of all of this is that Im 64 years old and having the most fun crocheting Ive had in YEARS!!!! So thank you dear, thank you so very much. You have opened a whole new world for me...frog it, naw, just fudge it! You are an the inspiration this old lady needed!

Hi. I have a helpful hint for those that are having a problem with the measurements of this project and others. I found it on a KZfaq video for a sweater. Find a t shirt or blouse that fits you perfectly. Take your measurements from that garment. I hope this will be helpful. I found it to be. Love this pattern.

Your Good, Yes we all make mistakes... Thanks for doing this pattern. It is different from other Top Down sweaters. Being a X Large or more my self, I always need to enlarge these patterns. You have a totally different approach.

It’s amazing how colors go nicely if you put a more neutral color in between. It also calms down any neon if you want the color, but not the glow in a dark effect. Very pretty t shirt. I would wear this. So many crocheters make frilly, dainty items that I wouldn’t wear. I’m disabled and rarely go out, so my concern is comfort. Your tee is pretty and looks soft & cool. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing this pattern for the t-shirt, I will have to make my armholes bigger because I worked in a factory lifting med-heavy weights so my upper arms are bigger and I do not like skin tight clothes and like longer shirts

this is so helpful I have avoided top down patterns because being big busted was not sure about adjusting them to fit. If i made too many chains at neck it would have been to big so this is great thanks

So excited for Premier week. I bought this yarn last Summer to make a jumper / sweater but haven’t got around to it yet. Also for anyone in the UK that wants to try this yarn without paying a lot for postage, King Cole have just released a new yarn (Beaches DK) that is the same thing but in acrylic instead of cotton. They also have a dupe for the new fruit yarn as well

I like that the back panel and front panel are worked separately. I've got an extra large bust but only a medium frame but also extra large hips. I end up buying large or extra large shirts to fit my bust and hips but they are always huge in the shoulders, big under the arms, too big under my bust/at my waist (not to mention that it is usually too low for my high waist) and the seams aren't on my sides because my front needs a lot more fabric than my back does. This seems like the perfect solution. Work more increases (maybe four stitches per row) on the front panel to accommodate my bust but fewer on the back since my back is much smaller.

You always have such easy to follow tutorials. and they can be made in any size. I can make me one {size 3x } and my Granddaughter.{ size 14 } thank you Jen for making me do something besides afghans and doillies.. you made it so easy!

I love the colorway of that yarn! I love blues and brighter colors! I have never used Premier yarn that I know of . Our Walmart has only one short row of on one side of yarn which don't give many choices. Hobby Lobby and Joann is about an hour away and I can't see paying such high shipping when I could use that money to buy more yarn! I enjoy your chit chat as you are working! Makes it seem like we are visiting in person!
